If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, we make the process simple. You can start a return directly from your BuyBocceBalls account.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account at buybocceballs.com/account.
2. View your order history and locate the order you wish to return.
3. Select the eligible order and click "Start a return."
4. Choose the item(s) you wish to send back.
5. Select the reason for the return from the available options.
6. Submit your request.

What Happens Next

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with next steps within 24–48 hours, including:

• Return shipping details
• Any applicable refund or exchange options

Important Notes

• You must initiate your return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
• For all Bocce accessories and Bocce sets with free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Return shipping is free.
• Final sale items and all engraved and embroidered products are not eligible for returns.
