Once purchased, how long will it take to receive my order?

Typically we send out all sets by USPS or UPS Ground. For delivery to locations in the continental United States of America, this means you will receive your order 7-10 days from date of purchase. For delivery elsewhere, our customer service will advise you accordingly. Also note, if you would like us to ship the set quicker than USPS or UPS Ground, please contact customer support either by emailing buybocceballs@yahoo.com.

Do you take international orders?

BuyBocceBalls.com only serves the continental United States of America. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else in the world, please contact customer support, either by emailing buybocceballs@yahoo.com.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, as well as paypal. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at buybocceballs@yahoo.com. Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return. Please note that in order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive an email from you within 5 days of receiving your order. Also, for all Bocce accessories and Bocce sets with free shipping, we do need to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns. 

How do you handle damaged merchandise?

All of our products are warranted by their manufacturers to be free of defects in material and workmanship. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to repair or replace the defective items. To make a warrantee claim, please contact the customer service of BuyBocceBalls.com and we will guide you through the process of returning your set. Please note that this warrantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unreasonable use.
