If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, you can start a return directly from your BuyBocceBalls account by logging in, viewing your order history, selecting the eligible order, and clicking “Start a return,” then choosing the item(s) you wish to send back and the reason for the return; once your request is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with next steps within 24–48 hours, including return shipping details and any applicable refund or exchange options, and please note that in order for your return or exchange to be honored, you must initiate your return request within 5 days of receiving your order and that for all Bocce accessories and Bocce sets with free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
